OK, what's this and why does it seem to be leaking some sort of oily fluid whenever the engine is run at more than mid-throttle?

Zoomed out a bit for reference.

After any flight lasting more than 15 minutes, my engine is wet with an oily fluid that seems to be originating from the area that the power wires come out of the engine block. The grommet appears to be quite flexible still but may be ripped or torn. (I couldn't get a good look at it since my head won't fin it far enough) lol

Any idea on what's going on? Thanks!

PS - FWIW, the engine seems to be running in top order. It sounds great, all temps are right where they should be, and it seems to be developing full power with no problem.
