I wrote DLE company and asked a few questions about there 23 hp engine here is the response.
The DLE200 is $1550/set (premium muffler), shipping excluded.
The warranty time is one year, piston, ring, and plugs needs to be cleaned every 50 working hours. We suggested discard the engine after 200 hours.
You can order the engine from our RC engine dealers, we have all parts in stock. You only need prepare the battery (12V, 4AH), we don't sell RPM meter and propellers.
The 430cc is still under development.
We tested various of propellers, the 1220MM prop shows the best performance.
