Hi,

would like your opinion on adaptating a reduction gear on a single cylinder , 80hp
one possibility can be Zabel ZM29 700cc engine

once derated to 60hp , which issues could we expect (vibrations? reliability) ?
I like monocylinder for their ease of maintenance , even with a 100h TBO it's worth
With less parts in move and less surfaces of friction , usualy specific consumption is better than 2 cylinders
