Hi folks: My Zenoah G50D engine has logged over 650 hours (TBO 600), and needs an overhaul/rebuilt. However G50D had ceased production for years and the critical crankshaft assembly is no longer available in the market. The G50D is two-cylinder, horizontal-opposed type 2-stroke, crankshaft has 3 parallel crank webs, pressed in crank-pin, and crank rod of one piece construction. Without pressing the pin out (which is almost impossible because of the middle web's interference), it is next to impossible to take the connecting rod apart and inspect/replace the rods and it's big end needle bearings (wonder if the crankshaft were a "throw away" design). Did anyone have experience in taking A G50D crankshaft apart, and successfully extend its service life. Please advice! Eric
