I have a 503dcdi I know what main jets are suppose to be in it but i cant get the engine to produce enought cht or egt temp, i have gone from 158 mains all the way down to 145, have needle dropped to the bottom and can only get 260 cht and 700 egt, i have even checked while running @ 5500 rpm with infared thermo and the gages are reading correct, do i continnue to drop main size until i hit desired temps?
