We're working on a carbon intake manifold for Conti 550 engines. It will use CNC'd 6061 T6 anodized injector bases that bolt to the cylinders. These will be bonded to carbon runners/ plenum. I've looked at Hysol products but couldn't find a temperature rating for them. Would need to have decent strength at 300-350F.
